After a record-breaking festival and publicity campaign in 2024, Ogilvy PR was briefed for a fourth consecutive year to take a strategic and considered approach to Vivid Sydney in 2025 – focused on the festival beyond the ‘big’ moments.
Our focus was to land the right stories where they mattered most with a detailed and highly considered media strategy across the Light, Ideas, Music and Food pillars to sustain coverage in the lead up to and throughout Vivid Sydney 2025.
We were able to secure a significant increase on the 2024 results, generating almost 14,000 pieces of coverage and contributing to the biggest opening night ever.
