Building a strong employer brand with the AtlassiVan

Atlassian is one of Australia’s biggest technology success stories but like many other technology organisations, sourcing and identifying top talent is a challenge. But now we know that knowledge workers don’t need to be based in an office to get the job done. 

 
 
 
 
 

We branded a customised motorhome and drove it over 4,200 kms from Sydney to Adelaide and then up to the Sunshine Coast. Our goal was to show Australians that they could realise a rewarding technology career without relocating by joining Atlassian.

We generated more than 160 pieces of broadcast, print and online coverage and Atlassian job applications were up 59% from the same period a year before, and almost six times as many people visited the company website as a year earlier.
