Today we announced the first quarter winners for our internal recognition program, The Trumpets. The Trumpets are designed to celebrate and reward our team members for the great work that they do. Ogilvy PR Australia has a culture built on our four core Values – Partnership, Curiousity, Invention and Bravery. The program recognises values-based behaviours – from great client work to the way we work with each other, and aligned with our social and environmental commitments.
Four awards are given per quarter with colleagues from across the agency nominating each other. The overall quarterly winner receives the newly created ‘Lion King’ Award. The winner of this title must choose an experience which challenges, excites and rewards them.
At the end of the year an overall winner is chosen and will receive the grand prize of $4000 toward an experience of their choice.
We had 20 nominations in total, but congratulations to our four winners:
